Links to both the encrypted and decrypted "cable.csv" file can be found in this comment on reddit or here if you prefer a torrent.
If you've downloaded the decrypted file (named just "z") from fileserve.com, use 7zip to decompress it.
You might also need a program capable of opening very large files to view and search the cables contained in cable.csv.
