According to the November edition of business review magazine (Nr. 52, p. 6), "around 45% of the country's GDP can be directly and indirectly attributed to the financial sector, which translates into about a third of all state income."
These findings come from the Codeplafi 2007 report, which you can download here (it's in French though).
